Get To The Crane
The first objective is straightforward: make your way down the street toward a restricted area. You can hoof it or grab one of the discarded vehicles nearby to speed things up. Either way, you will eventually slam into a roadblock guarded by Barghest soldiers.
At the roadblock, you have two big options: go quiet or go loud. Stealth is possible, but the area is crawling with guards, and they are not exactly blind. If you prefer to go in guns blazing, bring your A-game because cover is limited. Either way, the goal is to clear a path and reach the bridge. Once you cross the bridge, you will come across a building that has seen better days.
From the bridge, jump to the construction next to the building and head inside. Inside, there is a broken crane arm that you can climb onto and walk through to progress. It sounds dicey, but it is the only real way forward.
After moving through the broken crane, climb the stairs and then the two sets of ladders. The vertical climb is a bit of a slog, but it pays off. At the top, Songbird will appear and start a short conversation. Once that conversation wraps up, climb the ladder to get onto the crane arm itself. Reach The President

There are more enemies along the way, plus a few helpful drones that will not last long under fire.
Your best bet for the next fight is to stay at the top of the escalators and take advantage of the high ground. A few more Barghest soldiers may spawn as you make your way down, so keep your head on a swivel. Once you have wiped out all the goons, look at the plane to find an open hatch.
Head inside the plane and turn left. You can scan some bodies if you want extra context, but the main goal is to keep walking down the plane toward the door at the bottom.
